UW-Stevens Point's University Dining department is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to manage mandatory training for student employees, support hiring processes, and maintain training records. This role reports to the Administrative Specialist and the Student Employment Program Manager.
The position requires confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to manage onboarding, training materials, and safety protocols. A minimum of 15 hours per week is expected.

The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for notifying all University Dining student employees about mandatory training programs required as part of their student employment positions.
They will assist the Student Employment Program Manager with the hiring of new student employees, including interviews, data entry, and scheduling.
Additionally, they will assist the Administrative Specialist with the organization of uniform and safety protocols (safety shoes, audits, etc.).
This position maintains all training records for University Dining student employees.
This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
