Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience required.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, markets, and recruits students for Advanced Training Programs with engaging presentations.
• Drives outcomes related to Advanced Training metrics through collaboration with departments.
• Advises students regarding downgrades and enforces value of completing programs.
• Enhances student experience by answering questions and coordinating with managers.
• Interviews students to determine eligibility and schedules interviews.
• Plans and coordinates Advanced Training Expos and events.
• Conducts follow-up calls to ensure enrollment and address issues.
• Owns Program Change and Graduate Enroll processes and tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
