Massachusetts Bay Community College is seeking a part-time Student Development Assistant (FWS Only) to support essential student resources and services on campus in Wellesley Hills. The role offers hands-on experience in student support services, with opportunities to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities include outreach, resource distribution, data tracking, and front desk support. CORI clearance required and FAFSA on file for employment eligibility.

The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community and have adesire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs andbackgrounds. This is a part-time,student employment position with no benefits. The Student DevelopmentAssistantwill provide support for Essential Student Resource (ESR) initiatives andwill gain hands-on experience in student support services and social serviceresource coordination.
