MassBay Community College's Transitional Scholars Program seeks an Education Coach to provide individualized academic and social support to students with disabilities in a part-time role based in Wellesley Hills. The position emphasizes collaboration with faculty and staff to promote independence and campus life participation.
Responsibilities include attending classes with students, developing study skills, coordinating resources, and submitting weekly progress updates.

Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college, offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community, and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds. This is a part-time, non-unit position with no benefits.
MassBay Community College's Transitional Scholars Program is an inclusive college transition program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Educational Coaches provide individualized academic, executive functioning, and social support to help students succeed in college while promoting independence and participation in campus life.
This list is not to be considered all-inclusive. A supervisor may assign other duties as required to meet the needs and foster the mission of the College.

Salary Range: $30.00 - 30.00 Hourly Wage
