Massachusetts Bay Community College seeks an Executive Function Learning Specialist to support student success through coaching, executive function skill development, and holistic advising. Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college, offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds. Reporting to the Director of Accessibility Resources, this position supports student success through individualized academic coaching, executive function skill development and holistic advising. The Executive Function Coach works with students registered with the Accessibility Resources Center. The Coach helps students strengthen executive function skills, develop effective learning strategies, build self‑advocacy skills, and navigate the challenges with the transition to college. The Coach will maintain an assigned coaching and advising caseload, monitor student progress and interventions, and collaborate with the ARC coaching staff and other campus partners.

Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology or closely related field; with three (3) years' experience and/or training involving special education, disability services, academic coaching, or executive function coaching; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
$72,265 - $80,813, in accordance with one's education and experience as dictated by the collective bargaining agreement classification compensation structure.
