Job summary

The Metropolitan School District of Washington Township (MSDWT) is seeking a Student Information Specialist to manage DOE reporting, ensure data accuracy, and support Skyward systems at the Washington Township Services Center.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Skyward and data management. This is a salaried, exempt role with a 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and year-round calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years experience with student information systems.
• Experience with IDOE State Reporting and Skyward systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; excellent record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct State DOE reporting.
• Review data accuracy of state reports.
• Monitor Skyward updates and data entry continuity.
• Create exports/imports/integrations for third party applications.
• Assist with custom forms and reports and Skyward training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
