Qualifications

• Standard high school diploma or GED completed.
• At least two years of related clerical experience within the last five years.
• Familiarity with district data entry and record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain student data in the district database system.
• Create and update master schedules and course dictionaries from inputs.
• Process enrollment changes, grades, and reporting data for FTE.
• Generate reports from TERMS, Data Warehouse, and local systems.
