Broadview Middle seeks a Student Information Manager to maintain attendance, demographics, and grade data within the school’s information system. You will prepare reports and ensure accurate recordkeeping in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, daily backups, and generating mandated reports while supporting school operations under the principal’s supervision.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of clerical experience with computer-driven word processing, spreadsheets, and file maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, store and retrieve student attendance and demographic data.
• Prepare and maintain computer records using the student information system.
• Generate reports for federal, state and local requirements.
• Back up records daily and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
