Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of clerical experience with computer-driven word processing, spreadsheets, and file maintenance.

• Enter, store and retrieve student attendance and demographic data.
• Prepare and maintain computer records using the student information system.
• Generate reports for federal, state and local requirements.
• Back up records daily and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
