Lone Star College is seeking a Manager, Success and Completion at CyFair to oversee the Records department, ensuring efficient processing of student records, graduation, transcript evaluation, enrollment verification, and state reporting. The role emphasizes compliance with laws and campus data integrity.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience (Master's preferred) and offers a competitive salary in the posted range, with opportunities for leadership and staff

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervises team of Records Specialists and ensures staff is productive.
• Creates processes and guides staff in identifying students nearing degree completion.
• Oversees dual credit registration processes and communications with high school counselors.
• Process graduation applications for degree completion.
• Supervise student outreach through departmental emails and phone.
• Monitor departmental budget and staff payroll.
• Attend departmental, campus, and system meetings; facilitate the weekly Advising and Records meeting.
• Develop training related to Records functions and provide information to campus staff; train staff and provide professional development.
• Reconcile state reporting and demographic errors.
• Assist internal and external customers with Records inquiries.
• Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
