Job summary

Lone Star College is seeking a Manager, Success and Completion at CyFair to oversee the Records department, ensuring efficient processing of student records, graduation, transcript evaluation, enrollment verification, and state reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team of Records Specialists and ensures staff is productive.
• Creates processes and guides staff in identifying students nearing degree completion.
• Oversees dual credit registration processes and communications with high school counselors.
• Process graduation applications for degree completion.
• Supervise student outreach through departmental emails and phone.
• Monitor departmental budget and staff payroll.
• Attend departmental, campus, and system meetings; facilitate the weekly Advising and Records meeting.
• Develop training related to Records functions and provide information to campus staff; train staff and provide professional development.
• Reconcile state reporting and demographic errors.
• Assist internal and external customers with Records inquiries.
• Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
