Job summary

Lone Star College System is seeking a Manager of Admissions and Enrollment to oversee system-wide student records, ensure data integrity, and support online applications and data loads. This role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across departments.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and coordination of admissions-related services to support student success. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in admissions/enrollment.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with diverse student population.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft or student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Admissions and Enrollment Department by developing, implementing and managing procedures, best practices, tools, and documents for staff to provide high-level support.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate performance of staff to ensure efficient use of applications.
• Provide project management and supervision for Admissions and Enrollment projects.
• Serve as a resource to faculty, staff, administrators and students on Admissions topics; answer questions via Student Records email.
• Coordinate with departments to implement regulatory changes.
• Coordinate testing of updates and resolutions including testing plans.
