Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred; experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Admissions and Enrollment by creating and managing procedures, tools and documents for staff.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff for efficient use of the application/system.
• Provide project management and supervision for initiatives in Admissions and Enrollment and related offices.
• Serve as SME to faculty, staff, administrators and students; answer queries via the Student Records inbox.
• Coordinate with departments to implement regulatory changes and test updates.
• Manage data loads (test scores, PLA credits, online applications) and release service indicators.
