Job summary

Northampton Community College seeks a Coordinator of Student Clubs to lead and oversee the college's student club program across Bethlehem and other campuses. You will advise club officers, manage recognition and re-registration, and support leadership training and events in collaboration with the Director of Student Life.

Responsibilities include administering the N-gage engagement system, processing requests, and helping analyze engagement data to strengthen student involvement and adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in student services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use technology systems to support Student Life.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the student clubs program across campuses.
• Advise and support club officers and advisors.
• Manage N-gage admin tasks and approvals.
• Coordinate events and leadership programs.
