Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking a Coordinator of Student Clubs (10 month) to provide leadership and oversight of the college's student club program across campuses. You will manage administration, advising, development, and sustainability of clubs, including recognition, re-registration, and budget processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a CHEA-approved accreditor is required.
• Enrollment in a Master's program in Higher Education/Student Personnel preferred.
• Knowledge of Student Life, Leadership Development, and Student Services.
• Ability to work with students, faculty, administrators, and community partners.
• Adaptable, organized, and proficient with technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and facilitate leadership training for student club officers and advisors.
• Administer N-gage forms: purchases, reimbursements, events, travel.
• Provide guidance on club operations, events, and financial procedures.
• Collect and report assessment data on student clubs and engagement.
• Foster collaboration between clubs and the Office of Student Life and campus events.
• Support clubs during annual spring budget requests.
• Oversee club point system and budget-related records.
• Update resources, training materials, and the Student Club handbook.
