Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of relevant experience in program coordination, training, education, or workforce development.
• Knowledge of program development and compliance with institutional, state, federal, and grant requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, monitoring tuition projections, and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, scheduling, and coordination of community education programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate hourly instructors; monitor quality and adherence to standards.
• Track enrollments and advise on course cancellations per guidelines.
• Develop and monitor budgets, tuition projections, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and grant requirements and serve as liaison with students, instructors, and partners.
• Support marketing/outreach to promote programs and drive enrollment.
• Perform special projects to support department and institutional goals.
