Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a CHEA-approved institutional accreditor is required.
Enrollment in a Master’s Degree program in Higher Education or related field is preferred.
3–5 years’ experience in student services or administrative roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and facilitate leadership training for student club officers and advisors.
Administer the college’s student engagement software (N-gage) and process forms (purchases, reimbursements, events, travel).
Provide guidance on club operations, budgeting, risk management, and procedures; analyze engagement data.
Plan and execute evening, virtual, weekend, and on-demand programs for students; support college events.
Participate in college committees, task forces, and special projects as assigned.
