Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator near Fort Benning, GA. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and experience in supporting DoD environments, including AD management, STIG analysis, scripting support, and cloud storage allocation within Army settings.

You will assist TSAS registrations for smartcard access, maintain ETS SharePoint and SCCM/AD registrations, and support the Army network imaging process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 10+ years experience in a technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience in a technical environment.
• Security+ certification (IAT Level II).
• Microsoft certification for the 365 environment.
• Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and cloud storage allocation and provide ETS Active Directory management.
• Conduct quarterly STIG analysis and mitigation to ensure 100% DoD IA compliance.
• Assist students with TSAS registration for smartcard access.
• Resolve user account, network outage, remote access, and Wi‑Fi issues with the NEC.
• Develop and maintain the TRADOC Knowledge Management (TKE) ETS SharePoint site.
• Maintain ETS system registrations in SCCM and AD and register systems in NPS for network imaging.

Education

Master's degree with 10+ years experience in a technical environment

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience in a technical environment

Security+ certification (IAT Level II)

Microsoft certification for the 365 environment

Active SECRET clearance in good standing on start date
