Job summary

Adams And Associates Inc. is seeking a Social Development Director to oversee the daily management of the Center's non-class hours programs, ensuring a safe, structured environment that supports student achievement and employability.

The role requires leadership of the Social Development Department, mentoring staff, coordinating coverage, and maintaining confidentiality of student data while building community links for education and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate of Arts degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in program management and direction with youth.
• Valid in-state driver's license and company insurability requirements.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of Social Development programs.
• Supervise and mentor staff on duty and manage performance.
• Ensure a safe, organized Center outside class hours and quality programming.
• Coordinate staff coverage and ensure rest and meal breaks.
• Develop community linkages for education, employment and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data.
