Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Program Manager for the Edinburgh, IN site to oversee the Social Development Department and related non-classroom activities.

You will supervise staff, manage daily operations and ensure safe, structured living that supports student retention and success. You will mentor employees, coordinate training, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while partnering with community resources to foster education, employment and positive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• A minimum of one-year experience in program management and direction with youth.
• Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet insurability requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and assess lift load when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages the program and activities of the Social Development Department when on duty.
• May be assigned Acting Social Development Director in Directors absence.
• Provides students with a safe and structured living environment to foster retention, satisfaction, achievement and success.
• Coordinates staff coverage to ensure student areas are supervised.
• Ensures staff adhere to rest and meal break requirements.
• Mentors, monitors and models Career Success Standards; provides required training for staff.
• Develops community linkages for education, employment and training; promotes a positive image of the Center.
