Responsibilities

• Supervises Social Development staff and department.
• Assist in hiring, disciplining and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide quality non-class hour activities and leadership programs.
• Ensure center facilities are clean, safe and conducive to student success.
• Manage behavior policies during non-class hours for safety.
• Coordinate staff coverage for supervised student areas.
• Provide training and develop staff for career progression.
• Foster community linkages for education, employment and training.
