Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Social Development Department in a residential student environment in Harvard, MA. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure safety and quality of programs outside class hours.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree preferred and at least one year of youth program management experience. A valid in-state driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in program management with youth.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Social Development Department during duty hours; may serve as Acting Social Development Director.
• Manage daily non-class hours residential living environment and program activities.
• Coordinate staff coverage and supervise student activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Mentor staff, support recruitment, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Develop community linkages for education, employment, and training; model Career Success Standards.
• Maintain confidential handling of student data and uphold integrity guidelines.
