Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 40+ student staff.
• Oversee facility use and access, including providing evening and weekend supervision as needed.
• Complete staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for all operating hours of the Student Activity Center and Student Event Staff coverage.
• Provide event support as needed.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and facilities.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty during (non-event) evening hours.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with University departments, including University Recreation, Athletics, Conference Services, Concessions, and other departments.
