Concorde Career Colleges seeks a Career Advisor to help students prepare for successful field careers. You will assist with resumes, mock interviews, and job searches while coordinating campus events to connect students with employers.

You will promote advanced training opportunities and ensure compliant employment outcomes, building strong relationships and delivering engaging presentations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college courses preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience is required.
• 1-2 years of high-volume phone or sales experience is required.
• Industry knowledge is preferred.
• Metrics-driven with a track record of meeting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify local employment opportunities and help students with resumes and campus events.
• Provide mock interview opportunities, resume workshops, and career counseling.
• Plan and coordinate career fairs, employer visits, and virtual sessions.
• Promote MSATs and advanced training opportunities to students.
• Maintain employment records and verify placement with ACCSC/state guidelines.
• Engage with graduates and employers to verify employment and outcomes.
