Concorde Career College is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit and enroll qualified students and provide ongoing support throughout the admissions process. This role emphasizes professional recruitment, collaboration with internal teams, and ethical standards to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

The position offers tuition waiver for you and family after 6 months, PTO, retirement matching, parental leave, and comprehensive insurance options, with remote/hybrid/on-campus

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and five years’ related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years as an Admissions Representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled students.
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
• Navigate admissions systems to support enrollment effectively.
• Host campus tours and informational sessions.
• Assist prospects in navigating the admissions process and address concerns.
• Meet or exceed admissions activity and retention targets.
• Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support success.
