Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is seeking a Career Advisor to guide students and graduates through job searches, resume preparation, and interview techniques. You will generate job leads, maintain relationships with externship sites and employers, and support placements to help graduates achieve gainful employment.

You will provide one-on-one coaching, track weekly placements and 90-day verifications, and work with faculty to address externship challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least three years in administrative and customer service roles.
• Experience in Career Services or job development preferred.
• Strong English communication and professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Generate employer database through cold calling, mailing, and site visits.
• Meet weekly placement goals and document employment verification.
• Develop externship opportunities and build relationships with extern sites.
• Assist with resume writing, interview techniques, and networking.
