Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in career development, academic advising, school counseling, workforce development, student services, education, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching, academic advising, and college readiness services to middle and high school students.
• Assist students with career exploration, educational planning, CCP, college admissions, financial aid resources, scholarship opportunities, and career readiness activities.
• Develop Career Development Plans and provide individualized guidance to help students achieve educational and career goals.
• Maintain proactive communication with students and families to promote student engagement, persistence, and successful transitions beyond high school.
