Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from Berea College with graduation date in 2025 or 2026.
• Experience in student- or client-facing interactions and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in student intake appointments and conduct basic needs assessments.
• Facilitate collaborative appointments to identify needs, goals, and barriers to success.
• Connect students to campus and community resources to address identified needs.
• Provide resource navigation, referrals, and non-clinical support.
• Act as initial contact and connect students to Care Manager for issues beyond non-clinical scope.
• Advocate for students within institutional and external service systems.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with assigned students.
• Develop increasing independence through structured training and supervision.
