Job summary

Berea College is seeking a Care Management Support Associate within Counseling Services to provide non-clinical support, resource navigation, and referral assistance to students. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from Berea College with graduation date in 2025 or 2026.
Experience in student- or client-facing interactions and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Participate in student intake appointments and conduct basic needs assessments.
Facilitate collaborative appointments to identify needs, goals, and barriers to success.
Connect students to campus and community resources to address identified needs.
Provide resource navigation, referrals, and non-clinical support.
Act as initial contact and connect students to Care Manager for issues beyond non-clinical scope.
Advocate for students within institutional and external service systems.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with assigned students.
Develop increasing independence through structured training and supervision.
