Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a Student Resource Support Assistant in the Counseling & Accessibility Annex (CAA). You will help students navigate campus resources and connect with Health Services, Counseling Services, and other support offices.

In this role, you will greet students, support front desk operations, maintain information handouts, and assist with wellness and accessibility programs while upholding confidentiality and professional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in identifying and accessing appropriate campus resources.
• Direct students to Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and other student support offices.
• Support front desk operations, appointment check-in, and general inquiries.
• Maintain resource materials, displays, and informational handouts.
• Assist with wellness, accessibility, and student support programming.
• Track program participation and assist with assessment activities.
• Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Represent Student Support Services in a professional and welcoming manner.
