Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from Berea College, with graduation within the past two years.
• Experience in higher education and collaboration with diverse groups is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily front office administration and systems to maintain program operations.
• Partner with the Office Manager on shared front office responsibilities and logistics.
• Manage the process for student position descriptions across campus, including creation and updates.
• Edit and approve suggested updates to student position descriptions.
• Monitor active student position descriptions and coordinate meetings with departments.
