Fairleigh Dickinson University is seeking a Case Manager to administer the students of concern program, monitor cases, and follow up on action plans in collaboration with the Dean of Students office. You will handle intake, oversee the Care Team, maintain records, and develop assessment programs to support distressed students and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, education, counseling, psychology or related field.
• 1-2 years of related student affairs or social work experience; graduate assistantship acceptable.
• Strong administrative and operations management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; works well with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for managing student issues related to students of concern reports.
• Oversee weekly Care Team meetings and coordinate response plans.
• Maintain comprehensive records of distressed students and track progress.
• Coordinate follow-up and tracking for students in distress or in conduct processes.
• Assist in management of cases within the Maxient system.
• Develop and present workshops for staff and faculty on care protocols and Title IX procedures.
• Provide crisis intervention for students with urgent needs.
