Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing services to students, instructors, staff and community with confidentiality.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule exam appointments.
• Check testers in, enter passwords and proctor exams while maintaining a distraction-free environment.
• Open or close the office as needed and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist with materials, upload documents, and handle third-party exams as assigned.
