Job summary

You will be the primary contact for billing, balances, payment options, and account-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy of records and compliance with university policies.

The role includes assisting with payment plans, processing payments, and collaborating with Financial Aid, Admissions, and campus departments to support enrollment and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of progressive customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; some evening/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and families regarding account policies, billing procedures, payment options, and balances.
• Serve as primary contact for account-related inquiries with timely, accurate service.
• Assist enrollment with payment plans and account resolutions; processing payments; maintaining records.
