Job summary

Susquehanna University is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Accounts to lead the Student Account team and oversee billing, payments, and reconciliations for the university.

The role requires strong knowledge of Ellucian Colleague and Nelnet Campus Commerce, collaboration with Finance, Admissions, and Registrar, and adherence to federal/state regulations. It is a full-time, on-site position in Selinsgrove, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience; Associate degree with 3 years also acceptable.
• Experience in student financial aid or accounts receivable preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Student Account Specialist (I).
• Oversee billing, payments, and reconciliations within Ellucian Colleague and Nelnet Campus Commerce.
• Coordinate with Finance, Registrar, Financial Aid, and other campus partners.
