Responsibilities

• Assist students, parents, and University personnel with questions about student accounts via phone, email or in person.
• Communicate payment procedures and fees to customers.
• Process a variety of financial transactions including student account payments and deposits.
• Reconcile cash drawer and daily receipts; research and resolve payment issues.
• Review accounts for discrepancies and coordinate with campus departments as needed.
