Qualifications

• Three years of accounts payable experience within the last five years.
• Clerical experience in high-volume processing with strong documentation review and problem resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Banner or similar financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of Wire and ACH payments.
• Process check runs and stop payments.
• Prepare Journal Vouchers to make corrections to accounts.
• Support Banner testing and major upgrades.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and payment problems.
• Balance and reconcile account transactions for assigned areas.
