Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn and apply Title II, ADA, and Rehabilitation Act requirements.
• Experience coordinating benefits navigation and cross-institution collaboration.
• Experience supporting students with diverse backgrounds and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote students' use of benefits programs at college and in the community.
• Assist students in determining eligibility for support services.
• Participate in statewide Benefits Navigator Consortium meetings.
• Coordinate with navigators at other institutions to share best practices.
• Provide resources for non-English speakers.
• Lead the Bandit Food Pantry, including grants and supervision.
• Maintain relationships with external support staff to ensure wraparound supports.
• Train faculty and staff in advising and support work.
