Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Student Services Program Manager to support MCW-Central Wisconsin medical students. You will develop, coordinate, and evaluate student services, academic support, wellness initiatives, and student organizations to promote success and engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, residency resources, and budget management, while collaborating with campus leadership and Student Affairs to enhance the student experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with campus stakeholders and committees.
• Knowledge of educational assessment and interventions for adult learners, preferably in biological sciences.
• Familiarity with medical school curriculum and student services programs.
• Experience with exams, tutoring, and advising activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop student activities, programming, and advising services to support growth.
• Collaborate with Admissions and campus stakeholders for recruitment and engagement events.
• Oversee New Student Orientation across campuses.
• Coordinate academic support services and interventions for regional campus students.
• Support residency application activities and ERAS timelines.
• Coordinate residency Match support and SOAP processes with Career Services.
