Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Advocate for students seeking community and belonging through the PRCC; provide consultation, referrals, and guidance to student leaders and organizations; develop and assess academic, cultural, leadership, and community-building programs; coordinate logistics and resources for programs and initiatives; advise student organizations and support leadership development; conduct needs assessments and evaluate program impact; collaborate with campus units on pre-college, orientation, and co-curricular initiatives; supervise undergraduate student staff and volunteers.
