Job summary

University of Wisconsin Madison is seeking a Program Coordinator for Student Success within the Centers for Student Success and Belonging. The role focuses on developing and delivering engaging training workshops that build skills, promote best practices for bridge-building, dialogue, and navigating differences.

You will supervise student interns, collaborate with campus partners, and create resources to advance student success and belonging across the UW–Madison community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of creating welcoming and accessible environments.
• Ability to connect with and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience guiding or supervising others is a plus.
• Familiarity with planning, implementing, and assessing student-centered programming.

Responsibilities

• Writes, edits, and publishes content for communications and marketing campaigns.
• Organizes student-focused programming and resources for educational initiatives.
• Develops programs to support Centers for Student Success and Belonging.
• Manages schedules, logistics, and resources for student programs and services.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on student affairs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops training and resources to promote intercultural education and community building.
• Generates and analyzes curricular/unit outcome reports.
• Mentors student interns and fosters a collaborative team environment.
