Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. is seeking a supervisory manager to oversee the Center’s behavior management system and staff.

You will rotate as the senior weekend duty officer, maintain compliance with agency policies, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality support to students. The role requires Bachelor’s in social sciences or related field (Master’s preferred), plus experience in youth services or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• One year of experience in law enforcement, probation, disciplinary or youth counseling.
• Job Corps experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student behavior management and incentives program.
• Serve on a rotating basis as senior weekend duty officer when needed.
• Ensure compliance with PRH and center policies.
• Provide staff supervision and approve timesheets.
• Interview applicants and assist hiring decisions.
• Prepare staff schedules and periodic reports.
• Maintain discipline and document incidents.
• Ensure safe, clean living environments and report safety concerns.
