Job summary

Serrato Corporation in Kansas is seeking a Center Supervisor to coordinate and administer the Center's Behavior Management System and Leadership Program in alignment with DOL and Center policies. You will prepare monthly reports, monitor student accountability, and ensure proper documentation and compliance across staff and students.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with counselors and instructors, evaluating progress, and maintaining safe, structured dorm and center

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Analyze data and situation(s); render judgement, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work in fast paced deadline-oriented situation.
• High level of management and leadership skills.
• 1–2 years related experience; 1 year experience working with youth or young adults.
• Bachelor's degree in human services, juvenile justice, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Center Director in meeting the goals and objectives of the center.
• Prepares all statistical data necessary in compiling monthly reports and other reports concerning disciplinary activities.
• Maintains proper recording/documentation and ensures policies and guidelines are followed.
• Provides staff feedback on incidents and maintains disciplinary records weekly.
• Supports training of staff and leadership development programs and monitors program effectiveness.
