Serrato Corporation is seeking a Center Coordinator to coordinate the Behavior Management System and Leadership Program, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. The role oversees student discipline processes, staff feedback, and the operation of the Student Behavior Management Council.

The position requires strong data analysis, leadership, and timely training delivery to staff, with responsibilities spanning documentation, reporting, and program evaluation to improve student

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Analyze data and situations; render judgement, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work in fast paced deadline-oriented situation.
• High level of management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in meeting goals and objectives.
• Prepare all statistical data for monthly reports and other reports on disciplinary activities.
• Coordinate to ensure students are addressed for unexcused absences and provide focus groups.
• Ensure proper recording/documentation and adherence to Job Corps policies.
• Provide staff with feedback on disciplinary incidents and ensure weekly reporting.
