Job summary

LifeSkills Connections Inc. is seeking a supervisory manager to lead the Center’s behavior management system and ensure policy compliance. The role includes on-call weekend duty, staff supervision, and reporting duties to support student safety and program outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in social science or related field, a CPR/First Aid certification, and at least one year of relevant experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field or equivalent combination.
• Master’s degree preferred depending on role.
• CPR/First Aid certification required and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Center staff and manage behavior management system.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality.
• Assist in staff scheduling and reporting.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Administer sanctions per behavior modification guide.
• Maintain safe, clean living environment.
• Prepare and review disciplinary records and reports.
• Serve as on-call weekend duty officer.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on incidents and SIRs.
