Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain attendance records and data files accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
• Ability to establish a cheerful rapport with teenagers and create a friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Compile, post, update, and maintain attendance records and related reports.
• Contact students, parents, counselors, and teachers regarding attendance matters.
• Greet and assist students and parents in the attendance office and issue forms.
• Update computerized data files and maintain confidentiality of records.
