Job summary

Yugo Pinnacle State College in State College, PA, seeks a part-time Student Ambassador to handle leasing and marketing tasks within our apartment community. The role includes guiding tours, processing applications, and supporting resident relations while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage move-ins, lease renewals, and inquiries, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative are valued.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features using product knowledge.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval, ensure apartments are ready for move-in, and orient new residents.
• Support lease renewals, collect payments, and assist marketing and sales efforts.
• Maintain market information, participate in leasing meetings, and report on performance.
