Saint Joseph’s University is seeking an Advising Coordinator to support the Undergraduate Advising Support team on the Philadelphia and Lancaster campuses. You will manage advising communications, registration initiatives, and student outreach to ensure timely, accurate information.

The role also includes assisting with student calls, emails, and drop-ins during high-volume periods. Responsibilities include coordinating content for advising resources, partnering with the Registrar’s Office, and

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with SIS, CRM systems (e.g., Slate), Qualtrics, CMS, MS Office and Google Suite.

Mansioni

• Manage and curate Advising website content to keep information accurate and user-friendly.
• Coordinate student outreach, social media plans, and instructional materials using Canva/Panopto.
• Collaborate with Registrar’s Office on advising communication strategies and deadlines.
• Coordinate orientation and registration initiatives for New Student orientation and first-year registration on Hawk Hill and Lancaster campuses.
• Prepare reports for academic planning and registration management; develop advising materials for faculty advisers.
