Job summary

You will coordinate and process contracts and transactions for students and sponsors, ensuring accurate posting to accounts and timely invoicing and refunds.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in customer service and in handling student accounts preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist Third Party Contracts team with processing student and sponsor contracts/transactions.
• Apply contracts to student and sponsor accounts and invoice sponsors.
• Process payments from sponsors and refund overpayments; deliver excellent customer service.
