Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
Counsel parents and students on payment options and account activity.
Assist in posting charges and reconciling accounts.
Enter cash receipts and process daily payments and payment plans.
Assist with end-of-day processing and bank transactions.
Support Workday transition by drafting staff aids and SOPs.
