Responsibilities

• Assist students, families, and campus visitors in person, by phone, and via written communication.
• Post student payments and deposits accurately per policies and controls.
• Balance daily cashiering and prepare deposits with audit-ready documentation.
• Process refunds and coordinate with offices for timely funds delivery.
• Support enrollment in payment plans and related account activity.
• Manage shared communication channels with professional responses.
• Maintain and update records of student interactions and communication.
