Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate degree and two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with spreadsheet and database applications.
• Related work experience may substitute education on a year-to-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Determines students' needs; provides information to students, parents, and prospective students.
• Interacts daily with students face-to-face, via telephone, email, and remote communication.
• Responds to student account questions regarding statements, payment options, deadlines, and 1098T forms.
• Receipts incoming monies including tuition, invoices and departmental deposits.
• Performs data entry, filing, scanning, and accurate record keeping.
• Performs billing for college receivables and third-party sponsor accounts.
