Responsibilities

• Oversee sponsor contracts, student accounts, and cash collections.
• Provide quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, and third parties.
• Assist with inquiries on statements, payments, and 1098-T forms.
• Apply payments and reconcile student accounts.
